Mind, Body and Soul (MBS) are the creators of 'The Sanctuary Rooms' @ Revive Health and Fitness. They are located in Polegate on the wonderful Bluebell estate. Easy access and lots of parking, The Sanctuary Rooms are a great place to come to get your health, fitness and wellness needs.

Adam runs the rooms, which are filled by self-employed, professional and highly skills therapists. Adam works within the industry himself, heading up the mind, body and soul team, in Stone Cross, offering a range of relaxing, deep tissue, sport massage therapies, as well as sports waxing treatments for men.
